Savor juicy beef, melty cheese, and crisp toppings stacked high on a toasted brioche bun for a double delight.

# What You'll Need:

→ Burger Patties

01 - 680g ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Cheese & Toppings

06 - 4 slices thick-cut cheddar cheese
07 - 4 slices American cheese
08 - 1 large beefsteak tomato, sliced
09 - 1 large red onion, sliced into rings
10 - 4 large leaves crisp lettuce
11 - 4 slices crispy bacon (optional)

→ Burger Assembly

12 - 1 giant brioche bun (or 2 extra-large burger buns stacked)
13 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
15 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
16 - 1 dill pickle, sliced

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form large patties approximately 1.5 cm wider than the bun. Season each side evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
02 - Preheat a grill or heavy skillet to medium-high. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until preferred degree is achieved. In the final minute of cooking, top two patties with cheddar and two with American cheese, then cover to melt the cheese.
03 - Slice the brioche bun in half horizontally. Toast both halves on the grill or in a skillet until golden-brown and crisp.
04 - Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard onto both toasted bun halves. On the bottom half, layer lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and onion rings. Add one cheddar-topped patty followed by one American cheese–topped patty. Top with bacon if desired, then layer dill pickle slices and cap with the top bun.
05 - Serve immediately on a clean white plate for an appealing showcase.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Select freshly ground beef with a higher fat content for moist, flavourful patties.
02 - Press gently while stacking to retain height and burger stability.
03 - For heightened richness, introduce a third cheese layer between the patties.
