01 - 450 g ground chicken

04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 240 ml whole milk

06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

12 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)
13 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a standard loaf pan with non-stick spray or a thin coating of oil.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, onion, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are just incorporated.
03 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly using a spatula.
04 - Brush the surface lightly with olive oil for enhanced browning.
05 - Bake on the center rack for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
