03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 5 g dried Italian seasoning
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
06 - 15 g unsalted butter

→ For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

07 - 225 g pasta (penne, fettuccine or preferred variety)
08 - 15 g unsalted butter
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 120 ml chicken broth
11 - 120 ml heavy cream
12 - 90 g grated Parmesan cheese
13 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ For Garnish

14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 60 ml pasta water, and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, turning to ensure even browning, until cooked through. Add butter and minced garlic, tossing for 1 additional minute until fragrant, then transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan, whisking until fully melted and sauce is smooth. Incorporate the cooked pasta, tossing to coat; add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust the sauce consistency.
04 - Return garlic butter chicken bites to the skillet and combine gently with creamy pasta, or arrange chicken on top for serving. Finish with chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Reserve some pasta water to help emulsify the sauce and adjust its consistency to your preference.
