In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until thoroughly browned, breaking apart with a spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and remove from heat.

In a large bowl, combine French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, uncooked white rice, and the cooked beef mixture. Stir until fully blended.

Grease a 33x23 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 175°C for 50 to 55 minutes, until the rice is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.

Uncover and evenly sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top. Return to the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.
