04 - 1 g ground cinnamon (optional)
05 - 1.5 g salt

06 - 240 ml milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based alternative)
07 - 1 large ripe banana, mashed
08 - 1 egg
09 - 28 g melted butter or neutral oil
10 - 5 ml vanilla extract

→ For Cooking

11 - Butter or oil for greasing the pan

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon if desired, and salt in a large mixing bowl until evenly blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, thoroughly mash the banana. Add milk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
03 - Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined, leaving some small lumps—do not overmix.
04 - Heat a nonstick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour approximately 60 ml of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and edges begin to set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for an additional 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Transfer pancakes to a serving plate. Serve warm, topped with fresh banana slices, maple syrup, powdered sugar, or chopped nuts as desired.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Do not overmix the batter—retaining a few lumps ensures tender pancakes.
02 - For even sizing, use a measuring cup or ladle to portion the batter.
