# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 450 g breakfast sausage
02 - 4 slices day-old bread, cubed

→ Egg mixture

03 - 6 large eggs
04 - 480 ml whole milk or 2% milk
05 - 0.5 tsp salt
06 - 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
07 - 0.25 tsp garlic powder or onion powder (optional)

→ Topping

08 - 170 g shredded cheddar cheese
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, then drain excess fat.
03 - Distribute cubed bread evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread the cooked sausage on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and optional garlic powder or onion powder until fully blended.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered bread, sausage, and cheese. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center. A knife inserted should come out clean.
06 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
