In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until a uniform mixture forms.

Place the chicken mixture between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to 1.5 cm thickness. Cut out shapes using dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters. Arrange on a tray and freeze for 20 minutes to set.

Dredge each chilled nugget in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat evenly with breadcrumbs. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through. Alternatively, air fry at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, or pan-fry in shallow oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
