Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets Sauce (Printable Version)

Crunchy chicken nuggets shaped like dinosaurs with ketchup and mustard for dipping. Fun for all ages.

# What You'll Need:

→ Nugget Mixture

01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Black pepper to taste

→ Breading

09 - 65 g plain flour
10 - 2 large eggs, beaten
11 - 100 g breadcrumbs

→ To Serve

12 - Ketchup
13 - Mustard

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until a uniform mixture forms.
02 - Place the chicken mixture between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to 1.5 cm thickness. Cut out shapes using dinosaur-shaped cookie cutters. Arrange on a tray and freeze for 20 minutes to set.
03 - Dredge each chilled nugget in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat evenly with breadcrumbs. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through. Alternatively, air fry at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, or pan-fry in shallow oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
05 - Arrange cooked nuggets on a platter. Serve immediately with small dipping bowls of ketchup and mustard on the side.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Freezing the shaped nuggets before breading helps them retain their shape during cooking.
