# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 225 g ripe mango chunks, fresh or frozen
02 - 120 g plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
03 - 120 ml milk, dairy or non-dairy (such as almond or coconut)

→ Sweetener and Flavourings

04 - 5–10 ml honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
05 - 0.5 g ground cardamom or a dash of cinnamon (optional)

→ Optional

06 - Ice cubes, as needed (if using fresh mango)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Peel and dice ripe mango. For a chilled result, freeze mango chunks for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Place mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and optional spices into a blender.
03 - Blend until the mixture is silky and creamy. For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes; for thicker texture, reduce milk slightly.
04 - If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If preferred colder, blend with additional ice.
05 - Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a fresh mango wedge and mint leaves if desired.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Use Ataulfo or Alphonso mangoes for superior flavor and natural sweetness.
02 - For extra creaminess, blend in a frozen banana.
03 - A scoop of protein powder can be added for a post-workout beverage.
04 - Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
05 - For a smoothie bowl, reduce milk and top with granola, seeds, or fresh fruit.
