# What You'll Need:

01 - 125 g all-purpose flour
02 - 200 g granulated sugar
03 - 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 0.5 tsp baking soda
05 - 0.5 tsp baking powder
06 - 0.25 tsp salt
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 120 ml whole milk
09 - 60 ml vegetable oil
10 - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
11 - 120 ml boiling water

12 - Chocolate frosting
13 - Mini pretzels
14 - Red candies such as M&Ms or red hots
15 - Candy eyes or white icing with mini chocolate chips

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and place liners in a cupcake tray.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until fully blended.
03 - Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth and homogenous.
04 - Gently pour in the boiling water, mixing slowly until the batter is thin and well combined.
05 - Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
06 - Bake in the centre of the oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
07 - Spread chocolate frosting on each cooled cupcake. Decorate with two mini pretzels for antlers, two candy eyes, and a red candy for the nose.
