# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 ripe bananas, frozen or fresh
02 - 240 ml cold milk or non-dairy milk (almond, oat, or soy)
03 - 45 ml chocolate syrup or melted dark chocolate
04 - 8 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 15 ml honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
06 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract
07 - 1–2 ice cubes (optional, for texture)

08 - Whipped cream (dairy or coconut-based)
09 - Shaved dark chocolate
10 - Crushed almonds or pistachios
11 - Banana slice (garnish)
12 - Caramelized banana slices (optional)
13 - Chocolate or striped paper straw
14 - Additional chocolate syrup (for glass decoration)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Drizzle chocolate syrup inside tall parfait glasses in a swirling motion. Transfer glasses to the freezer for 5 minutes to set the chocolate swirl.
02 - Combine bananas, cold milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sweetener if desired, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth and creamy with a milkshake consistency.
03 - Gently pour the blended drink into the prepared glasses. Add a generous layer of whipped cream on top, then garnish with shaved dark chocolate, crushed nuts, and a banana slice on the rim. Add caramelized banana slices if desired.
