11 - 4 large lavash or flatbread wraps
12 - 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
13 - 1 cup red cabbage, julienned
14 - 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
15 - 4 small pickled gherkins, sliced lengthwise
16 - Aluminium foil sheets, cut to half-wrap size (optional)

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

17 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
18 - 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
19 - 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
20 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
21 - Salt, to taste
22 - Optional: a splash of olive oil

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
02 - Add sliced chicken to the marinade and ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
03 - Grill or pan-fry marinated chicken over medium-high heat until well charred and fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Rest briefly, then slice into strips.
04 - Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Optionally add olive oil for a smoother texture. Refrigerate until required.
05 - Heat lavash or flatbread on a hot pan for 20 to 30 seconds per side until soft and lightly charred.
06 - Place flatbread on foil, spread garlic sauce, layer shredded lettuce, red cabbage, tomato slices, and sliced gherkins. Top with grilled chicken strips and a drizzle of sauce.
07 - Fold both ends inward and roll tightly from the bottom. Secure with foil if desired, leaving the top exposed for presentation.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Chilling the garlic sauce enhances its flavor and smoothness.
02 - To achieve authentic street-food presentation, serve wrapped in shiny, lightly crinkled foil.
03 - For added spice, incorporate crushed chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce into the wrap.
04 - Sumac onions or a layer of hummus can introduce additional layers of flavor.
05 - Wraps may be assembled in advance and gently reheated in foil before serving.
