05 - 120 ml chilled coconut cream
06 - 8 g shredded coconut
07 - 15 ml honey or agave syrup

→ Toppings (optional)

08 - Fresh tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, kiwi), diced
09 - Granola or crushed nuts
10 - Toasted coconut flakes
11 - Small square dark chocolate or chocolate chips

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until evenly blended.
02 - Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any forming clumps. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia to fully absorb the liquid.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine chilled coconut cream, shredded coconut, and chosen sweetener. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until assembly.
04 - Spoon a layer of chilled chia pudding into serving glasses. Add a middle layer of coconut cream mixture, then top with remaining chia pudding.
