03 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce

06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 240 ml heavy cream
10 - 120 ml beef broth or chicken broth
11 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 55 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Finishing Touches

13 - Red pepper flakes, optional, for extra heat
14 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Boil penne in abundant salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Toss steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until well browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and allow it to melt. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and broth. Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes. Gradually add Parmesan and mozzarella, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
05 - Return steak and cooked penne to the skillet. Toss thoroughly to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, heating through.
06 - Remove from heat. Top with fresh chopped parsley and, if desired, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For even richer flavor, finish with an extra drizzle of olive oil and an additional sprinkle of Parmesan just before serving.
02 - Allow steak to reach room temperature before searing for optimal browning.
03 - Substitute chicken or shrimp as a protein alternative if preferred.
