18 - 180 g shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
19 - Sour cream or ranch dressing, optional
20 - Salsa or hot sauce, optional
21 - Chopped fresh cilantro, optional

# Steps To Follow:

01 - If using fresh potatoes, cut into sticks and soak in water for 30 minutes. Dry thoroughly. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake at 220°C for 25–30 minutes, or air-fry, until golden and crispy.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for 2–3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart, until browned. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, tomato paste, and water or broth. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Season to taste.
03 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds until soft and flexible.
04 - Lay a warm tortilla flat. Place a layer of shredded cheese, then spoon over beef filling and fries. Add extras such as sour cream, salsa, or cilantro if desired. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
05 - Place the rolled burritos seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Add cooked rice or beans for additional filling and texture.
02 - Increase heat with jalapeños or chipotle if desired.
03 - Substitute ground beef with plant-based mince or seasoned beans for a vegetarian version.
04 - For meal prep, wrap burritos tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
05 - To prevent bursting, avoid overfilling and toast to help seal.
