04 - 50 grams grated cheese (optional)

08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ For Frying

10 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the florets for 5 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly and allow to cool.
02 - Mash the cooled cauliflower using a fork or food processor until smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower with eggs, wheat flour, minced garlic, grated cheese, sweet paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous batter forms.
03 - With a spoon, portion the batter and shape into small balls or patties, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the fritters in batches, turning as necessary, until each side is golden brown and crisp. Use absorbent paper to remove excess oil after frying.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For a lighter preparation, bake the fritters at 200°C for 20 minutes instead of frying.
02 - Enhance flavor with additional spices such as cumin or curry powder.
03 - If the mixture is too runny, add extra flour gradually until desired consistency is achieved.
04 - Serve with yogurt sauce, garlic mayonnaise, or guacamole, and enjoy as an appetizer or alongside salads and meats.
