# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 ripe banana
02 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
03 - ½ cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
04 - ¾ cup cold milk or plant-based milk alternative
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
