11 - 120 ml mayonnaise
12 - 30 ml ketchup
13 - 15 ml yellow mustard
14 - 15 ml sweet pickle relish
15 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
16 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
17 - 1 tsp white vinegar

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and white vinegar until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat as needed.
03 - Heat tortillas briefly in a microwave or on a dry skillet until pliable and warm.
04 - Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a generous spoonful of special sauce over the surface. Add a portion of cooked ground beef, sprinkle with shredded cheese, lettuce, chopped pickles, and diced onion as desired.
05 - Fold in the edges of each tortilla, then roll tightly into a burrito shape to enclose filling.
06 - Place wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet. Toast over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp.
07 - Slice wraps in half and serve immediately, accompanied by extra special sauce.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
02 - The special sauce can be doubled and refrigerated for later use as a versatile condiment.
03 - For meal preparation, assemble ingredients in advance and build wraps just before serving to maintain texture.
