03 - 1 slice cheddar cheese
04 - 2 slices fresh tomato
05 - Leaf lettuce
06 - Pickles, optional
07 - 1 tablespoon burger sauce or mayo-ketchup blend
08 - Grilled onions or crispy bacon, optional

→ French Fries

09 - 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
10 - Vegetable oil for deep frying
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Paprika or garlic powder, optional

→ Doner Wrap

13 - 1 flatbread or large tortilla
14 - 125 ml shaved doner meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
15 - Chopped lettuce
16 - Sliced tomato
17 - Onion rings
18 - Garlic yogurt sauce or tahini
19 - Chili sauce, optional

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Season and cook the beef or chicken patty over medium-high heat until desired doneness. For best results, use a grill or skillet.
02 - Place cheddar cheese slice over the patty during the final minute of cooking, allowing it to melt slightly.
03 - Lightly toast both halves of the sesame bun for added texture and flavor.
04 - Layer bottom bun with lettuce, followed by the patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickles, sauce, and optional grilled onions or crispy bacon. Cap with the top bun.
05 - Rinse cut potato fries and soak in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
06 - Heat vegetable oil to 175°C. Fry potato sticks in batches until golden and crisp, approximately 4–6 minutes per batch.
07 - Drain fries on paper towels and immediately sprinkle with salt and optional spices as desired.
08 - Warm flatbread or tortilla briefly in a dry pan. Spread garlic yogurt sauce or tahini evenly.
09 - Arrange shaved doner meat, chopped lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and a drizzle of additional sauce down the centre of the bread.
10 - Roll the wrap tightly, slice diagonally, and present with optional chili sauce.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For crispier fries, double-fry the potato sticks: first at a lower temperature, then briefly at higher heat to finish.
02 - Let cooked burger patties rest for 2 minutes before assembling to retain juiciness.
03 - Use fresh flatbread for an authentically soft and flexible doner wrap.
