# What You'll Need:

05 - 85 g (1 box, 3 oz) strawberry flavored gelatin powder
06 - 240 ml (1 cup) boiling water
07 - 120 ml (1/2 cup) cold water

→ Cream Layer

08 - 96 g (1 box, 3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
09 - 480 ml (2 cups) cold milk
10 - 225 g (1 tub, 8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

→ Strawberry Crunch Topping

11 - 10 Golden Oreo cookies or shortbread biscuits
12 - 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry flavored gelatin powder
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x33 cm glass baking dish. Combine cake mix with eggs, oil, and water according to package instructions. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake as directed. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin powder in 240 ml boiling water. Stir in 120 ml cold water until incorporated. Using the handle of a spoon or a straw, poke holes evenly across the cooled cake. Pour gelatin mixture evenly over the cake surface. Refrigerate for 60 minutes to ensure absorption.
03 - Vigorously whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with 480 ml cold milk for 2 minutes until mixture thickens. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until homogeneous. Spread creamy layer evenly over chilled cake.
04 - Pulse cookies and freeze-dried strawberries (or gelatin powder) in a food processor until coarse, uniform crumbs form. Blend in 2 tablespoons melted butter until mixture resembles damp sand.
05 - Generously sprinkle crunch topping over the creamy layer. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to set. Portion cake directly from the glass dish and serve chilled.
