Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, diced tomatoes with green chiles, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.

Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with half the beef mixture and sprinkle 100 grams of shredded cheese. Repeat layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Top with sour cream, diced avocado, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro as desired.
