14 - 125 ml cherry tomatoes, halved
15 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
16 - 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice
17 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Score the sea bream on both sides. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried thyme or rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Massage this mixture over the surface and inside the cavity of the fish. Place the fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the skin is golden and the flesh easily flakes with a fork. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices.
02 - While the fish is baking, toss the prepared potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a separate baking tray. Roast at 200°C for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden brown.
03 - Combine the mixed salad greens and halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and toss gently until evenly coated.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ensure the sea bream is thoroughly cleaned and patted dry before seasoning for optimal texture and flavor.
