Preheat the air fryer to 175°C for 3–5 minutes during ingredient assembly.

Flatten each biscuit into a 10-centimetre circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Add 1 teaspoon pizza sauce, 3 slices pepperoni, and a pinch of shredded mozzarella to the centre of each dough round. Seal edges by pinching together, forming a tight ball with all filling enclosed.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan until well combined.

Brush the dough balls with half the garlic butter mixture before air frying.

Arrange dough balls seam side down in the air fryer basket, allowing space between each. Cook at 175°C for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Brush cooked pizza bombs with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
