# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
02 - 75 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 24 slices pepperoni
04 - 120 millilitres pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping

→ Garlic Butter Topping

05 - 45 grams unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 175°C for 3–5 minutes during ingredient assembly.
02 - Flatten each biscuit into a 10-centimetre circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Add 1 teaspoon pizza sauce, 3 slices pepperoni, and a pinch of shredded mozzarella to the centre of each dough round. Seal edges by pinching together, forming a tight ball with all filling enclosed.
04 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan until well combined.
05 - Brush the dough balls with half the garlic butter mixture before air frying.
06 - Arrange dough balls seam side down in the air fryer basket, allowing space between each. Cook at 175°C for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
07 - Brush cooked pizza bombs with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ensure each biscuit is thoroughly sealed to prevent cheese leakage during air frying.
02 - Allow bombs to cool briefly before serving; filling will be hot.
