# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 full-size plain bagels, halved (or 6 mini bagels)

02 - 120 ml pizza sauce
03 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

04 - 35 g diced mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
05 - 15 g sliced black olives

→ Seasonings

06 - 0.5 g dried oregano

07 - Sliced mushrooms
08 - Mini pepperoni

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Set air fryer to 190°C and preheat for 2 to 3 minutes.
02 - Optionally, toast bagel halves lightly for added crunch.
03 - Spread 15–30 ml of pizza sauce over each bagel half and top generously with mozzarella.
04 - Distribute diced bell peppers, black olives, and any optional toppings over the cheese. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano.
05 - Arrange bagel halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and golden, and edges are crisp. Monitor closely as cheese browns rapidly.
06 - Transfer hot pizza bagels to a wooden board. Garnish with fresh basil or chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
