09 - Cooking spray or olive oil spray

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Peel the onion and slice into 1.25 cm rings, then gently separate each ring. Select the larger and thicker rings for best texture.
02 - Set up three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add beaten eggs to the second bowl. Fill the third with panko breadcrumbs.
03 - Individually dredge each onion ring in the flour mixture, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs. For enhanced crunch, dip again in egg and repeat panko coating if desired.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place onion rings in a single layer, avoiding overlap. Lightly mist the tops with additional cooking spray for optimal crispiness. Work in batches if necessary.
05 - Air fry at 190°C for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until rings are golden brown and crispy.
06 - Serve the onion rings hot. Accompany with preferred dipping sauces such as ranch, spicy mayonnaise, or ketchup.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Using panko breadcrumbs yields a superior crunch compared to regular breadcrumbs.
02 - Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to promote even cooking and crispness.
03 - For extra complexity, adding grated Parmesan to the breadcrumb mixture enhances flavor.
