# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 large sourdough bread bowl

→ Seafood

02 - ½ pound cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - ½ pound lump crab meat

04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
06 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise

→ Aromatics

07 - ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

09 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
10 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Slice the top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Reserve the removed bread pieces for dipping later.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, green onions, garlic, and shredded mozzarella until well incorporated.
04 - Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl, spreading it evenly throughout.
05 - Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbling.
06 - Garnish with additional green onions or parsley if desired, and serve warm with the reserved bread chunks, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping.

01 - For extra flavor, toast the inside of the bread bowl for 5 minutes before adding the filling.
