Slice the top off the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Reserve the removed bread pieces for dipping later.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped shrimp, crab meat, green onions, garlic, and shredded mozzarella until well incorporated.

Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl, spreading it evenly throughout.

Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbling.
