# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 tablespoon dry yeast
05 - 3/4 cup warm water
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Toppings

07 - 1 cup pizza sauce
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
09 - Toppings of choice (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until mixture becomes foamy.
02 - In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
04 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Divide dough into 10-12 equal portions. Shape each into a ball and flatten slightly. Create a hole in the center of each round using your finger or a small cutter.
