Peach & Melon Ice Cream (Printable Version)

Creamy, no-churn dessert blending sweet peaches and honeydew melon in a smooth, refreshing summer treat that requires no special equipment.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
02 - 2 cups diced honeydew melon (about 1/2 small melon)
03 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
04 - 1/3 cup sugar

→ Cream Base

05 - 1 cup cold heavy cream
06 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh mint leaves

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a blender or food processor, combine the peaches, honeydew melon, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until completely smooth. Strain the puree if you prefer a silkier texture.
02 - In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the fruit puree and vanilla extract into the whipped cream. Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue folding until all ingredients are well incorporated.
04 - Transfer the mixture into small serving glasses or a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, or overnight, until firmly set.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Use very ripe fruit for maximum flavor and natural sweetness.
02 - Chill the fruit puree before folding it into the cream to maintain consistency.
03 - Let ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for easier scooping.
04 - For added texture, consider incorporating chopped candied ginger or crushed cookies.
