01 - 3 eggs
02 - 1 medium potato, sliced
03 - 1 tsp olive oil or butter, for frying
04 - 1 slice whole grain bread
05 - 1 peach, sliced
06 - 1 apple, sliced
07 - Fresh parsley, for garnish
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Wash and slice the potato into medium-thick rounds. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the potato slices and cook until golden and tender on both sides (about 5–7 minutes). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
02 - In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still soft.
03 - Toast the slice of whole grain bread in a toaster or on a pan until golden brown.
04 - Wash and slice the peach and apple. Arrange them neatly on the plate.
05 - On a large plate, arrange the eggs, potatoes, toast, and fruit slices. Garnish the eggs and potatoes with fresh parsley.
06 - Brew a cup of black coffee and serve it hot alongside your breakfast plate.
