Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) while preparing the ingredients.

Slice croissants horizontally, creating top and bottom halves. If necessary, trim outer edges for easier handling.

Place 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of the top halves.

Combine melted butter with garlic powder and poppy seeds in a small bowl.

Close sandwiches with top halves and brush the butter mixture over the tops.

Place assembled croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
