In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the halved baby potatoes. Boil for about 10-12 minutes until they are tender. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
02 -
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 -
Using the same skillet, add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
04 -
Add the remaining butter and olive oil to the skillet. Add the boiled potatoes and minced garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes become golden and crispy.
05 -
Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet with the potatoes. Toss everything together until well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
06 -
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.
