# What You'll Need:

→ Proteins

01 - 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
02 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
05 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

→ Fats & Oils

06 - 4 tablespoons butter
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the halved baby potatoes. Boil for about 10-12 minutes until they are tender. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
04 - Add the remaining butter and olive oil to the skillet. Add the boiled potatoes and minced garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes become golden and crispy.
05 - Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet with the potatoes. Toss everything together until well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
06 - Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For crispier potatoes, avoid overcrowding the skillet during cooking.
02 - A squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving adds brightness to the dish.
03 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
