# What You'll Need:

→ Shrimp

01 - 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1/2 cup cornstarch
03 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for pan-frying
04 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Firecracker Sauce

05 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
06 - 2-3 tablespoons sriracha, adjust to heat preference
07 - 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
09 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
10 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced

→ Garnish

11 - 1 green onion, chopped
12 - Sesame seeds

# Steps To Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside.
02 - Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then toss in cornstarch until evenly coated.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
04 - While shrimp is still hot, toss with the firecracker sauce until thoroughly coated.
05 - Plate immediately and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
