# What You'll Need:

→ For the Roasted Cauliflower

01 - 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp turmeric
04 - 1/2 tsp paprika
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Mezze Plate

06 - 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
07 - 1/2 cucumber, sliced
08 - 1 carrot, julienned
09 - 1 lemon, cut into wedges
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, until golden and tender.
02 - On a large rustic plate, spoon hummus in a swirl using the back of a spoon. Arrange the roasted cauliflower, cucumber slices, and julienned carrots around the hummus. Add lemon wedges on the side for freshness.
03 - Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and vegetables. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the entire plate. Serve immediately as an appetizer or light meal.
