# What You'll Need:

→ Meatloaf

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1/3 cup milk
03 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
09 - 1/2 cup minced onion
10 - 680g ground beef (80/20)

11 - 1/2 cup ketchup
12 - 1 Tbsp brown sugar
13 - 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
14 - 1 tsp yellow mustard

# Steps To Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
03 - In a separate small bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Add the ground beef, egg mixture, breadcrumb mixture, and minced onion to a large bowl. Use your hands to gently combine the ingredients until evenly distributed, being careful not to overmix.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a rimmed baking dish and shape it into a loaf approximately 10 cm wide, 20 cm long, and 5 cm tall.
06 - In a separate small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until smooth.
07 - Spread the glaze evenly over the top and sides of the formed meatloaf.
08 - Bake the meatloaf for 50-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
09 - Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5-10 minutes after baking to settle the juices. Slice and serve warm.
