01 -
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
02 -
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
03 -
In a separate small bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
04 -
Add the ground beef, egg mixture, breadcrumb mixture, and minced onion to a large bowl. Use your hands to gently combine the ingredients until evenly distributed, being careful not to overmix.
05 -
Transfer the mixture to a rimmed baking dish and shape it into a loaf approximately 10 cm wide, 20 cm long, and 5 cm tall.
06 -
In a separate small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until smooth.
07 -
Spread the glaze evenly over the top and sides of the formed meatloaf.
08 -
Bake the meatloaf for 50-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
09 -
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5-10 minutes after baking to settle the juices. Slice and serve warm.
